Difference between active and passive wages

Active wages are the wages which a person get in daily basis in the end of the work of the day. Or we can also say that a person will be paid until he/she works directly.

But on the other hand passive wages are earned directly or indirectly because a person is not really doing the work but he is being paid because some other person is working beneath him/her.
