Additive property: it includes the total contribution of atoms creating a sum of all individual atoms like in molecular weight

Constitutive property: It includes the arrangement or structure of atoms in the molecules like in electrical properties of some molecule

Additive property is property of sum of constitute atom while constitutive property is related to arrangement of atoms additive property example is atomic weight  and constitutive property example is optical activity
