Difference between Aerobic and unaerobic

Aerobic respirationrequires oxygen in order to generate energy molecule ATP, where as an anaerobic respiration synthesize ATP by using the electron transport chain, with inorganic molecules other than oxygen.

Aerobic respiration:- Respiration taking place in the presence of oxygen. More energy is released.
Anaerobic respiration:- Respiration taking place in the absence of oxygen is called anaerobic respiration. Less energy is released.
