Algae are plant like organisms that have cell wall contain chlorophyll within the cells. They can photosynthesize on their own.

Fungi are plant like organisms that do not contain chlorophyll. Most fungi grow in dark , warm and moist places.


Both Algae and Fungi may be unicellular or multicellular organisms.
