So gene or factor is the thing which determine or allow expression of a particular trait.. ... So An allele is oneof a pair of genes (variant form of thegene) that appear at a particular location on a particular chromosome and control the same characteristic.Alleles are also called alleleomorphs.

ALLELE:- Allele is one of a pair of gene (variant form of the gene) that appear on a perticular location on a perticular chromosome and control the same characterstick and alleles are also called allelomorphs.

FACTOR OR GENE:- Genes and factors are the same things… Actually the word factor  was given by mendal to genes.. The word gene was given later by johnson 1909… So gene or factor is the thing which determine or allow expression of a particular trait.
