DIRECT CURRENT : an electric current flowing in one direction only.

1 In DC, the electrons flow steadily in a single direction, or "forward."

2 In AC, the current flow in both directions i e forward and backword

3 AC can carry and safe to transfer long distance

4 DC can not travel for longer distances

5 AC maintains ELETRIC POWER

6 Dc loses Electric power

7 Ac has frequency depending upon countries . But generally 50 hz is frequency

8 Dc has no frequency
