Ambiguous grammar has two or more interpretations. That is, the denotative meaning may be apparent but grammar used may also possess a connotative meaning which may have a completely different interpretation to the first one.
-unambiguous grammar on the other hand denotes grammar that carries only one meaning and cannot be interpreted otherwise.
