Answer:

The most noticeable difference between American and British English is vocabulary. There are hundreds of everyday words that are different. For example, Brits call the front of a car the bonnet, while Americans call it the hood. Americans go on vacation, while Brits go on holidays, or hols.

Answer:

Both belong to same language , but are different accents. british accent is mainly spoken in United kingdom and ireland whereas english accent is used by people in canada and united states.

There is a considerable difference in pronounciation and spelling in both . Refer to a british news channel and a american news channel or movies even to experience the difference . You'll see that the british accent is spoken with a different style and the english is more rich , no abbreviations and the vocab is considerably more difficult . Vocab is also difficult for american english but there are some abbreviations or rather short forms.

spelling difference includes : like color is used in american english and colour is used in british english .
