Gynogenesis:-

1). It is a unique form of sexual reproduction and insemination is necessary for it.

2).In this type of reproduction, the male sperm doesn't combine with the haploid female egg.

Androgenesis:-

1).In androgenesis, the female egg does not participate in the process of fertilization.

2).In direct androgenesis, the embryos are constituted from pollen.
