Plant Cell :-

1. Cell Wall is the outer membrane.

2. Plastids are found.

3. Nucleus is at periphery (Side).

4. Single large Vacuole.

5. Polar Caps are for cell division.

6. Rigid in shape (don't change shape).

Animal Cell :-

1. Cell membrane is the outer membrane.

2. Plastids are absent.

3. Nucleus at the centre.

4. Small sized many Vacuoles.

5. Centrosome for cell division.

6. Shape isn't rigid ( can change its

shape)
