Nematodes are also known as round worms.The majority of nematodes are parasitic.Nematodes have complete digestive system with mouth at one end of body while anus at the other side. Annelids are large phylum consisting earthworm and leeches.Usually they live in fresh water or salt water.The body of annelids are elongated with segmentation has taken place externally through ring like constrictions. Annelids secrete their cuticle from their skin cell.
