Hello dear.....here is your answer

An antigen is not necessarily a toxin. So an antitoxin can be an antibody, but not all antibodies  are antitoxin. Anti-toxin  is something that neutralizes the toxins released by bacteria. ... They can be formed against the cellwall of bacteria as well as one's own antigens (autoimmunity).

hope it helps....plz mark as brainliest

Antibodies are proteins produced by the immune system in response to any pathogen. Thay can either destroy, kill or inactivate pathogens. Antitoxins are a special group or type of antibodies which render a toxic substance harmless. It can neutralize a specific toxin.
