1)it blows from the Arabian sea of the South West monsoon but it blows from the bay of Bengal of South West monsoon

2) the areas which get affected by the Arabian sea branch of SW monsoon are garo,khasi and jaintia hills and western ghats and the areas which get affected by the bay of Bengal branch of SW monsoon is coromodal coast and Tamil nadu

3)the areas receive rain from Arabian sea branch get rainfall in summer season and the areas which receive rain from bay of Bengal get rainfall in winters
