arteries = it carries oxygenated blood except Pulmonary artery
the walls the arteries are thick because the blood is came from the heart are under high pressure
it does not have valves
veins =
it carries deoxygenated blood except Pulmonary vein
the walls of the veins are thin
it have valves to prevent the backflow of the deoxygenated blood
