An Assemblertakes programs written in the Assembly Language and compiles it to Machine Language that the CPU can work with. It allows the programmer to instruct the machine on an extremely low-level yet still use syntax that is readable

hope it helps you

Hello my dear friend! ^ ^

Compiler:- The compiler is a computer program that reads the program written in a source language, translates it into equivalent assembly language and forwards the assembly language code to the Assembler.

Assembler:- Some compilers perform the task of assembler and directly generate a relocatable machine code instead of assembly code, which is further directly passed to linker /loader.
