Atomic mass is the relative

mass of its atom as

compared to the mass of carbon 12 atom taken as 12u.

but....

molecular mass is the relative mass of its molecule as compared to the mass of carbon 12 atom taken as 12 u

The atomic mass is the weighted average of the masses of all isotopes of an element.

Molecular mass :

The molecular mass is the sum of the masses of the atoms in a molecule.
