Autotroph are living things which can prepare their own food.. Ex- Plants
Heterotroph are living things which are dependent on other living organisms for their food.. Ex- Humans, Animals

Autotrophs are those organisms which prepare their food by a loan from the simple inorganic material like carbon dioxide and water present in the surrounding with the help of Sunlight for example plants and heterotrophs are those animals which cannot make their own food and does it depend on the autotrophs for their food example India Tiger extra not only depend on autotrophs for their food but they are depend on other animals for their food
