Heterotrophic Nutrition means The consumers cannot make their own food so they depend on others Eg:Animals

- It means that the organism prepare its own food and is not dependent on any other organism.
- Food is prepared from CO2 , water and sunlight.
- Green plants and certain bacteria have autotropic mode of nutrition.
Heterotrophic Nutrition :
- It means that the organism does not prepare its own food and is dependent on other organism for food.
- Food cannot be prepared from CO2, water and sunlight.
- All the animals and fungi , most bacteria have heterotrophic nutrition.
