Heterotrophs obtain their energy directly or indirectly from other organisms, while autotrophs obtain energy from inorganic sources, where they convert light energy (sunlight) into chemical energy. Heterotrophs depend on autotrophs for their food, while autotrophs are not.

autotrophic nutrition-

1)the organism synthesise their own food themselves

2)green plants volvox bacteria processing the chlorophyll shows the autotrophic nutrition

3) the Stored food is reserved in the cell as a starch

4) the autotrophic nutrition is the process such that the ingestion of organic food its digestion absorption and egestion are not needed

5)the autotrophic nutrition is obtained mainly by the photosynthesis

heterotrophic nutrition-

1) the organism which depend upon the other organism for their food are heterotrophic nutrition

2) all animals fungi is most of the bacteria which ever never possesses chlorophyll shows heterotrophic nutrition

3)the food stored reserved in the cell as a glycogen fat but never as a starch

4)in heterotrophic nutrition the process such as ingestion of organic food its digestion absorption and egestion are needed

5)the heterotrophic nutrition is obtained by holozoic, saprophytic,or parasitic modes of Nutrition
