Difference between avail concession and forgo 50% concession and forgo full concession

A concession refers to a discount given to a person. This is usually monetary and could be for any reason.
* Avail concession means that the person who has been granted the concession makes use of it.
* Forgo 50% concession means that the person who has been granted the concession makes use of only half the concession offered to him/her. He/she does not take advantage of the remaining part of the concession.
* Forgo full concession means that the person who has been granted the concession does not make use of the concession offered to him/her. He/she gives it up for some reason.
