Fungi are multicellular, eukaryotic organisms, whilebacteria are single-celled prokaryotes. The cells offungi have nuclei that contain the chromosomes and other organelles, such as mitochondria and ribosomes. Bacteria are much smaller than fungi, do not have nuclei or other organelles and cannot reproduce sexually.

Hey, user here is your answer,
______________________________
BACTERIA
☣ Unicellular.
☣ Made up of peptidoglycan.
☣ Not enclosed in a nuclear membrane(prokaryotic)
☣ Microscopic.
☣ Autotrophic as well as hydrographic.
☣ Both aerobic and anaerobic.
☣ Mostly asexual by fission, sexual by conjunction.
☣ From endosperms to overcome unfavourable reproduction.

FUNGI
☣ Multicellular most with a network of hyphae.
☣ Made up of chitin.
☣ Nucleus encloses DNA material (eukaryotic).
☣ Mostly microscopic; some large sized,e.g., moulds, mushrooms.
☣ Heterotphic, digestion extracellular.
☣ Aerobic.
☣ Asexual by budding, branching and spore formation, sexual by conjunction.
☣ Form in asexual as well as sexual reproduction.
