difference between bacteria cell and animal cell
Answers
heyyy mate.........
BACTERIAL CELL-
Bacterial cell has a prokaryotic type cell.it’s a easy,single-celled microrganism which means entire life processes like feeding, digestion & reproduces occur in cell. it,s main functional is to provide support, rigidity & mechanical strength to the bacteria cell. It lacks the clearly stated nucleus; its nucleus is known as nucleoid which is an irregularly shaped region in the cell that contains separate circular pieces of DNA (genetic material) called plasmids.
>It doesn’t have a well-defined, membrane-enclosed nucleus.
>Basically They are autotrophs and maybe heterotrophs.
>Bacterial cell has plasmids (circular DNA in the cytosol).
>Bacterial cell is a single chromosome.
>It has clearly stated cell shape.
ANIMAL CELL-
Animal cells are eukaryotic cells. They are the base unit of life of organisms which belong to land kingdom Animalia. They have a clearly stated membrane-bound nucleus, cytoplasm fence by plasma membrane and membrane-bound cell organelles in the cytoplasm to perform specific cellular procedure necessary for the normal functioning of the cell. it can be have many sizes & shapes, there size normally ranges 1 and 100 micrometer.
>It contains a clearly stated membrane-enclosed nucleus.
>They are always heterotrophs.
>It lacks the plasmids. It has clearly stated linear DNA in the nucleus.
> Animal cell has many chromosomes.
>Animal has chancy shapes as it lacks the cell wall.
hope it helps....
plzzz mark as brainliest...........
Bacterial Cell
- It does not have a well-defined, membrane-enclosed nucleus.
- It does not have cell organelles.
- It is much smaller in size than an animal cell, e.g. 0.2 to 10 micron in size.
- It has a well-defined cell wall.
- They are generally autotrophs and maybe heterotrophs.
- They reproduce asexually by binary fission and sexually by conjugation.
- It has plasmids (circular DNA in the cytosol).
- It has a single chromosome.
- It does not have mitochondria.
- It has well-defined cell shape.
- Some bacteria have fimbria on the cell surface.
- It lacks the cytoskeleton.
- It lacks histone proteins.
Animal Cell
- It contains a well-defined membrane-enclosed nucleus.
- Membrane-bound cell organelles are present in the cytoplasm.
- It is larger than a bacterial cell, e.g. 100 microns or more.
- It lacks the cell wall.
- They are always heterotrophs.
- They can reproduce asexually by mitosis and sexually by meiosis.
- It lacks the plasmids.
- It has many chromosomes.
- It has mitochondria in the cytoplasm.
- It has irregular shapes as it lacks the cell wall.
- It lacks fimbria.
- It has cytoskeleton (a network of filaments and tubules in the cytoplasm).
- Its DNA is wrapped around histone proteins.
