Bailable Offence means which is shown as bailable in the First Schedual or which is made bailable by any other law for the time being in force.
Non Bailable Offence means any other offence.

rsushma: The binding upon the police or the incestigating officer is known as bailable offence and the case of on-bailable offence the decison is taken by the judge or the magistrate.
