Battle of Plassey happened in the year 1757 whereas Battle of Buxar happened in the year 1764
The two of the greatest war witnessed by our forefathers during British India period were Battle Of Plassey and Battle Of Buxar. The two great wars have the following different glory to tell:-
* Battle of Plassey was fought in the year 1757 and Battle of Buxar was fought in the year 1764
*The wars were even fought between two different leaders against the East India Company, Battle of Plassey was fought between Sirajuddaulha- Nawab of Bengal and East India company whereas Battle of Buxar was fought between Mir Qasim and the East India Company.
* Battle of Plassey converted East India company from a Trading Corporation into a ruling company whereas Battle of Buxar was more
Significance because the East India Company could defeat the joined force of Nawab of Bengal and Awadh and even the Mughal emperors.
* The Battle of Plassey only saw the efforts of Soldiers of Bengal Regime but their strategy was revealed to the British force by their own member Mirjafar. Whereas in the Battle of Buxar British regime fought against the joined army of Bengal, Awadh and Mughals.
