Difference between bay of bengal and arabian sea branch

It's generally understood that Bay of Bengal is less deep because of the huge sediments brought down by rivers like Ganga-Brahmaputra system, Irrawaddy, South Indian rivers, etc. which forms huge alluvial fan at their respective mouths and spreaded over its basin for many millions of years.
