difference between Bhangar and Khadar


Areen5: Bhangar is the largest part of the northern plain and is composed of the oldest alluvial soil. Khadar -the floodplain formed by younger alluvium are caleed khadar.

Bhangar is old alluvial deposits and khadar is new alluvial.... Bhangar is less fertile than khadar.... Khadar has fine particles as compared to bhangar... Khadar is present near the river.... Khadar is lighter in colour than bhangar...

3.) Bhangar is less fertile.
4.) The soil is dark in colour.
5.) It contains calcareous deposits locally known as kankar.

KHADAR:::
1.) Khadar is new alluvial soil.
2.) It is found near the river.
3.) The soil is light in colour.
4.) Khadar is very fertile.
5.) The soil is fine grained.
