binary fission is the spliting or division of a cell into two daughter cells, But multiple fission is the division or spliting of a parent cell into two or more daughter cells.

Answer:When the organism divide it self into two equal halves (on maturity)known as binary fission as seen in Amoeba,paramecium etc

And this happens in favourable condition.

Explanation:Under unfavourable condition these organisms form three layered wall known as cyst formation .

In which they form many spores and when favourable condition comes they produce many organisms by bursting the cyst.AND this is seen in amoeba
