IN BINARY FISSION THE PARENT CELL ITSELF DIVIDES INTO TWO OR MORE PARTS TO GIVE RISE TO NEW SIMMILAR LOOKING CELLS.EXAMPLE:AMOEBA,ETC.WHEREAS,IN BUDDING A BUD GROWS ON THE PARENTS BODY...THIS BUD GROWS FURTHER AND FINNALY DIVIDES TO FORM NEW ORGANISM.EXAMPLE:HYDRA,ETC..
