Biological Warfare is a war waged with assistance of biological sciences using biological toxins or infectious agents such as bacteria.
Nuclear Warfare is simply using nuclear weaponary in a military conflict.
The difference is that in biological warfare, one uses biological toxins to kill and in nuclear Warfare, one uses nuclear weapons to kill.
