difference between biotic and abiotic​

Abiotic Component is a part of an ecosystem which includes i) Inorganic Substance or nutrients such as Carbon dioxide, Oxygen, Water and all the minerals.

ii) organic substance-such as proteins carbohydrates and fats.

iii) Climatic Factors

Biotic component is also a part of an ecosystem. The biotic component consist of various plants, animals and microbes, comprising many different interdependent population.

The close interaction of the living organisms are called biotic component where as the interaction of the living organisms with the non living environment are called abiotic components.

the biotic component consists of producer (plant) consumer (herbivorous and carnivorous) and decomposer (microorganism like bacteria and fungi) where is the abiotic component comprises mainly of air water and soil.
