bolsheviks were headed by lenin and its party is only opened for good quality people and well disciplined whereas mensheviks were opened their party for all

They wanted to transform Russian society through revolution.
* Mensheviks-- leader-- Alexander Kerenskii
This party was liberal and open to all.
They wanted to transform the society through education and reforms among the workers.
