Bread mould is an example of fungus and ulothrix that of algae..
algae are mostly aquatic whereas fungi mostly terrestrial.

algae contain chlorophyll ,fungi lack chlorophyll.

algae have autotrophic mode of nutrition and fungi have heterotrophic mode of nutrition.
