Difference between breathing and respiration

Breathing brings oxygen into the lungs and expel carbon dioxide.This is all to get energy using the glucose we have got.
Cellular 
respiration obtains energy in individual cells from biomolecules.

In breathing there are no enzymes or catalyst involved while in respiration enzymes and catalysts are involved.

Breathing takes place outside the cells but respiation takes place inside the cells.
