1)The sex organs,are multicellular.
2)An embryo is formed upon fertilization

Thallophyta

1) Asexual reproduction generally takes place by spores.
2) Sex organs are simple ,single-celled and there is no embryo formation after fertilization .
3) in their life cycle gamete producing haploid phase called gametophytic phase is dominant.The short spore bearing diploid phase the saprophytic phase does not remain attached to the gametophyte.

Pteridophyta

1) These plants have no flowers and do not produce seeds
2) Sex organs are multicellular and jacked by sterile cells
3) Fertilised eggs develops into embryo
