difference between bryophyte and pteridophyte

bryophyta are thedivision of plant Kingdom which are also known as amphibians of plant Kingdom the mainly grows in damp and shady areas they does not have proper body differentiation into leaves stems and roots whereas pteridophyte have their body exactly differentiated they also contain a xylem vessels for conduction where is bryophyta does not has xylem.
