- C3 pathway occurs in Stroma of chloroplast of Mesophyll cells... While C4 occurs in GRANUM THYLAKOIDS...

- C3 has RUBISCO while C4 has Both but most efficient PEP

- Synthesize of PGA ( 3-C COMPOUND) so formed as First stable compound on C3 so DUE TO 3-C +CE it is called as C3 cycle

- Synthesize of OXALOACETIC ACID ( OAA - 4C COMPOUND) SO due to presence of 4 carbon it is known as C4 cycle,..
