  1. C3 plants do not possess Kranz anatomy and C4 plants possess Kranz anatomy.
  2. Chloroplast do not have Peripheral rectum in c3 plants and C4 plants have Peripheral rectum.
  3. Chloroplasts are monomorphic in c3 and dimorphic in c4 plants.
  4. Bundle sheath do not contain Chloroplast in c3 and possess chloroplast in c4 plants.
  5. Perform photosynthesis when stomata is Open in c3 plant and perform photosynthesis when stomata is Closed in C4 plant.
  6. Less efficient for photosynthesis (c3 plant) and More efficient for photosynthesis (c4 plant).
