- Chloroplast do not have Peripheral rectum in c3 plants and C4 plants have Peripheral rectum.
- Chloroplasts are monomorphic in c3 and dimorphic in c4 plants.
- Bundle sheath do not contain Chloroplast in c3 and possess chloroplast in c4 plants.
- Perform photosynthesis when stomata is Open in c3 plant and perform photosynthesis when stomata is Closed in C4 plant.
- Less efficient for photosynthesis (c3 plant) and More efficient for photosynthesis (c4 plant).
