Capital Reserve the result of accumulating capital profit, whereas Reserve Capital is created out of authorized capital. On the equity & liabilities side of the Balance Sheet, Capital Reserve appears under the head Reserves & Surplus. Unlike Reserve Capital, which is not disclosed at all.
