cash crops : cash crops are grown for earning money .  
examples of cash crop are : cotton,tobacco products etc... 
while,
food crops : food crops are grown to feed the farmers own family .
examples of food crops are : wheat , potatoes etc...

Cash crops are the ones that are grown for earing money. For example cotton, wool etc. Food cros are grown for feeding the farmer's family. For example rice, wheat etc.
