difference between cell and corpuscle ?

corpuscle they do not have golgicomplex, mitochondria , nucleus, endoplasmic reticlulem,
cells have all this

corpuscle don't have nucleus, mitochondria, Golgi bodies and Endoplamic reticulum.
They have bioconcave shape.
Cells are nucleate and have oval or elipsodial shape.
