•Cell is the functional and structural unit of life and it is smallest unit whereas tissue is group of similar cells working together.
•There are two types of cells.They are Eucaryotic cells and Prokaryotic cell whereas there are 4 types of tissues which are epithelial tissue,connective tissue,muscular tissue and nervous tissue.
•Developmental process of cell is meiosis or mitosis whereas tissue repair through regeneration and fibrosis.
