difference between cell wall and cell membrane:- the cell wall is the tough usually flexible but sometimes fairly rigid layer of polysaccharides lying outside the plasma membrane of the cells of plants, fungi and bacteria. It is located outside the cell membrane gives these cells structural support and protection and also acts as a filtering mechanism. The cell membrane is a biological membrane which seprates the outside enviornment from the interior of the cells.
difference between eucaryotic and prokaryotic cell:-   The major difference between Prokaryotic and Eucaryotic cells is that Prokaryotic basically have no nuclei whereas eukaryotic cells do have true nuclei. Eukaryotic cells are larger and more complex than the prokaryotic cells.
