Answer:Cell padding is the amount of space between the cell boundary and the content that is written in the cell whereas cell spacing is the amount of space between the two individual cells of the table. Both are the attributes which is used in formatting of tables. The width of these attributes can be represented in the form of pixels or percentage like 5 pixel. Both are mainly used in web designing.
