The major difference Between Cerebellum and Cerebrum is their size. The cerebrum is the largest part of the brain and it nearly contributes 80% of the total weight of the human brain. The cerebellum makes up the remaining part of the brain. Voluntary movement, intelligence and memory are controlled by the cerebrum.
