CEREBRUM:

  • The cerebrum has the surface with neuron containing the axon inside and cyton outside, which gives the grey appearance to brain in spinal cord.
  • The cerebrum occupies the largest portion in human brain with cerebral cortex.

SPINAL CORD:

  • Spinal cord has axon out side and cyton inside giving the white like appearance.
  • The spinal cord has long, thin tubular structure forming the medulla oblongata.
  • It encloses the 'central canal' of the spinal cord containing the cerebrospinal fluid.
