Friction Spun Yarn:-
1.Friction spinning system is a open-end spinning system.
2.Along with the frictional forces in the spinning zone the yarn formation takes place.
3.This system is used to produce yarns with high delivery rate about 300mpm.
Rotor Spun Yarn:-
1.The count of rotor yarn is very low.
2.Most of the rotor yarn count is below 20's but highest yarn count may be 40's
3.Coarser fabric is made by rotor yarn.
4.Most of the jeans or pants is made of rotor yarn
Hope it helps you.
