Answer:

Chinese Communism has two separate branches: Maoism and Deng Xiaoping Theory. Maoism emphasized the peasantry as the engine of the revolution rather than the urban Proletariat. Deng Xiaoping Theory is the current system in China, and is based on the principle that, “it doesn’t matter what colour that cat is, as long as it catches mice.” Capitalist interests work hand in hand with the government, and is more of an example of State Capitalism and Corporatism than it is of Communism.

Soviet Communism (Marxism-Leninism) disagreed with Maoism in the sense that they put the emphasize of revolution on the Proletariat rather than the peasantry. The peasantry were considered to be untrustworthy, brainwashed by the land-owners, so a small “vanguard” of enlightened Proletariat would lead the revolution and then spread Communism to the masses after the takeover. This system was later added on to through Stalinism, which emphasized total state control and the destruction of subversive elements.

Korean Communism (Juche) is pretty similar to Stalinism, but with extra helpings of isolationism, collectivism, and cult of personality (things Stalinism already has in spades). The main principal of Juche is personal and national self-reliance, and reverance of the Kim family.

Vietnamese Communism is a mix of Maoism, and Marxism-Leninism, in the form of Ho Chi Minh Thought. Like Maoism, it puts emphasis on the peasants to be the engine of the revolution. It has Capitalist elements but is mostly Socialistic in economic practice.

Neither Venezuela nor India is Communist, so they cannot be easily described. Venezuela is a weird mix of Socialism, Nationalism, Environmentalism, Pan-Latinism, and all sorts of different inspirations. I suppose you could call it “big-tent” Socialism. The Indian Communist Party has never risen to power. They are self-described Marxist-Leninists but tend to behave more like Democratic Socialists.
