Chloroplast DNA:-chloroplast have there own DNA ,often abbreviated as cpDNA.it is also known as the plastome when referring to genomes of other plastids .

its existence was first proven in 1962 and first sequenced in. 1986 when two japanese research teams sequenced the chloroplast DNA of liverwort and tobacco .

Nuclear DNA:- Nuclear DNA (nDNA), or nuclear deoxyrebonucleic acid,is the DNA contained within each cell nucleus of a eukaryotic

organism .Nuclear DNA encodes for the majority of the genome in eukaryotes,with mitochondrial DNA and plastid DNA coding for the rest.
