Fats provide energy -- in calories -- but cholesterol does not. Both fats and cholesterol can be obtained in the diet and synthesized in the body, mainly the liver. Lipids, however, are absorbed together in the intestines. Because blood is mostly water.

Cholesterol:-1. It is a waxy chemical compound produced by liver. It is also found in cheese, butter, eggs and in meat in high amount.

Fat:- 1.) It is a source of energy. It consists of a wide group of compounds that are generally soluble in organic solvent generally insoluble in water.
2.☆ It's excess amount will cause heart disease.
