Chromatin fibre are thread like structure seen in a nucleus.

The chromatids are made of substance called chromatine.This is a single, very long strand of DNA... The chromatine is copied, you now have 92 strands, that are each spiraled up to form the chromatids. The two copies of chromatid are joined together by a centomere to form a chromosome.
